Polyethylene pellets for further production
A high-quality raw material used for the production of bags, films, and big bags. We supply the pellets packed in big bags on pallets (1 × 1 × 2 m), with an average bag weight of ~1100 kg.

What are LDPE pellets
Recycled material pellets
LDPE pellets are a material obtained from collected and recycled plastic streams. In practical terms, this means the material returns to production as a new raw material instead of ending up as waste.
Sorting
We sort the raw materials by polymer type and quality.
Shredding
We grind the plastic in a shredder.

Washing
We wash the material and remove impurities.
Flotation
We separate unwanted materials.

Washing
We re-wash the material.
Drying
We prepare the dry material for pelletizing.

Pelletizing
We melt, pelletize, and cool.

Quality and recycling logic
Pellet quality begins with sorting the raw material and reducing impurities, followed by washing/drying and extrusion (pelletizing). Modern industry lines emphasize purity and consistency, as these directly impact downstream production.
Packaging and delivery
Standard delivery: big-bag on a pallet (e.g., 1 × 1 × 2 m), average weight approx. ~1100 kg (depending on material and batch). We can also arrange other packaging/logistics solutions if needed.
If the material is not recyclable
If plastic blends are not mechanically recyclable (e.g., multi-layer films, polyamides, etc.), they can be diverted for energy recovery or fuel production to reduce landfill waste.
