Collection

We collect plastic waste from clients or accept it on-site.

Sorting

We sort by type and quality to ensure a consistent flake result.

Cleaning

We clean and wash the plastic, removing dirt and impurities that affect quality.

Shredding

We grind the cleaned plastic in a high-capacity shredder into a regrind fraction.

Flotation

We use density separation to remove unwanted materials and improve purity.

We dry the finished flakes, sort the fraction, and package them for delivery.

What exactly we recycle (and why it matters)

Our core expertise is the recycling of HDPE and PP plastics. We also process bottle caps collected through the Latvian deposit system into flakes, ensuring they return to the cycle as raw material for new production.

A wide range for various applications

Types of flakes we offer

PP/HDPE mix

Mixed PP and HDPE fraction, which we process into flakes when color and composition are not critical for the end application.

IBC containers

Durable, thick plastic from IBC containers, often suitable for consistent flake quality in larger volumes.

PC bottles/sheets

Polycarbonate (PC) with high hardness; suitable for streams requiring a more rigid material than PE/PP.

PP crates

PP (polypropylene) from crates; generally a good choice for technical products and parts requiring the properties of PP.

HDPE containers

HDPE stream with good mechanical resistance; often used as raw material for packaging and technical products.

HDPE canisters

HDPE from canisters, typically with uniform wall thickness and predictable material behavior.

PVC pipes

PVC material from pipelines; suitable for specific applications requiring the chemical resistance of PVC.

HDPE crates

HDPE from crates, often with greater wall thickness and a stable fraction after shredding.

Saves materials

Sorted, cleaned, and ground flakes have technical properties equivalent to virgin material produced from petroleum products.
